Good air quality for a healthy indoor climate.
Do you have non-specific complaints such as headaches, nausea, poor concentration, irritation of the upper respiratory tract or breathing difficulties? Then the suspicion of polluted indoor air is obvious. Components and furnishings as well as moulds can release toxic substances into the air and cause discomfort.
We determine possible causes of the complaints on the basis of the situation on site and questioning the affected persons. If the suspicion on pollutant-loaded interior air hardens, we measure suspicious materials such as formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds (VOC), mold spores, radon, carbon dioxide, fine dusts, and so on.
The results of the measurements are compiled and evaluated in a comprehensible report. From this, we derive measures to improve the situation and accompany its implementation.
If asbestos is suspected (in the case of renovation work), we test the indoor air for asbestos fibres in accordance with VDI guidelines 3492.
On the initiative of the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG) and the ECO-Bau association, S-Cert AG issues the certificate “Sampling point for indoor air measurements” and annually checks compliance with the requirements for quality management, test procedure, calibration of measuring instruments, by means of audits. We are in possession of the certificate no. 094-PNS-107 and thus entrusted with the execution of indoor air measurements for various labels such as Minergie-ECO, LEED and DGNB.
